Poetry
For the Love of words, for if not for the poets words
and passion, war would have no meaning.
SEA FARING MAN
SEA FARING MAN, OH SEA FARING MAN ON WHAT WIND DOEST THOU SAIL? IS IT
THE EAST OR IS IT THE WEST,
WHAT MAKEST THINE EYES SO FRAIL?
SEA FARING MAN, OH SEA FARING MAN,
WHERE ARE YOUR CHILDREN AND BRIDE?
IN LOVE WITH THE SEA, SWEPT BY HER VOICE,
YOUR SOUL IS LOST IN HER TIDE.
.
WILL YOU RETURN OR WILL YOU SAIL ON
WHAT TREASURES DOEST THOU SEEK?
GLORY OF OLD, ADVENTURES SO BOLD,
SEA FARING MAN, WHERE LIES YOUR GOLD?
